Zucchini Bread2 Loaves

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 c vegetable oil
• 12 c white sugar
• 12 c packed brown sugar
• 2 c grated zucchini
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp Mapeline
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp soda
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 c flour
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Beat eggs until fluffy and slowly add remaining ingredients Pour into 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans and bake in 325 oven for 60 minutes or until done
2. Invert and cool loaves on racks
