Zucchini Bread And Butter Pickles

Ingredients
- 1 qt distilled white vinegar
- 2 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp salt
- 2 tsp celery seed
- 2 tsp turmeric or dill weed
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 4 qt sliced zucchini
- 1 qt sliced onions
Directions
- Bring vinegar sugar salt and spices to a boil
- Pour over freshly sliced vegetables and let sit for 1 hour
- Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes
- Pack in hot sterilized jars
- Seal Process 10 minutes
- Makes 6 to 7 pints
