Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 c oil
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c grated peeled zucchini
• 3 c flour
• 3 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 12 c nuts

Directions

1. Beat eggs until

9. Add remaining ingredients mix until blended
