Zucchini Brownies
Ingredients
- 12 c margarine
- 12 c oil
- 1 13 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp soda
- 2 eggs
- 2 12 c flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c buttermilk
- 2 c grated zucchini
Directions
- Spread on greased and floured cookie sheet
- Sprinkle with 34 cup brown sugar and 1 cup chocolate chips
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
