Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• 3 large eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 c salad oil
• 3 c grated zucchini
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 12 c coconut
• 1 c nuts

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients
2. and bake one hour at 325 or until done
