Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 c oil
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 c grated zucchini
- 2 12 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Beat together the eggs sugar and oil
- Sift together the dry ingredients and add to the batter
- Fold in zucchini and nuts mixing well
- Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes
- Cool before icing
