Zucchini Carrot Bread

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 1 c grated zucchini
- 1 c grated carrots
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 12 c whole wheat flour
- 12 c All-Bran
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 12 c brown sugar
- 1 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 2 12 x 3 12 x 2-inch loaf pan
