Zucchini Carrot Bread

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 c vegetable oil
• 1 c grated zucchini
• 1 c grated carrots
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 12 c whole wheat flour
• 12 c All-Bran
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 12 c brown sugar
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 2 12 x 3 12 x 2-inch loaf pan
