Zucchini Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 23 c oil
- 1 14 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c grated carrots
- 1 c grated zucchini
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 12 c currants or raisins
Directions
- Beat eggs and sugar until frothy
- Gradually beat in oil add dry ingredients
- Beat at high speed 4 minutes
- Add carrots zucchini nuts and currants or raisins
- Pour in greased pan Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
