Zucchini Cheesy Onion Corn Bread

Ingredients

• 1 12 c all-purpose flour
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 34 c corn meal
• 4 Tbsp oil
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 c milk
• 1 c grated zucchini
• 1 c sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
• 12 c chopped onion

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl sift together the flour baking powder and salt
2. Mix in the corn meal and sugar
3. Add mixing only until dry ingredients are moistened the oil eggs milk zucchini cheese and onion
