Zucchini Coconut Bread

Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c oil
- 2 c grated zucchini
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 c flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 c milk
- 1 12 c coconut
Directions
- Combine sugar eggs and oil
- Mix well
- Stir in zucchini and vanilla
- Sift flour cinnamon soda baking powder and salt together
- Add to zucchini mixture
- Add milk and mix well
- Stir in coconut
- Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done
