Zucchini Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c grated raw zucchini
• 1 c margarine softened
• 2 tsp soda
• 2 c sugar
• 2 eggs beaten
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 c chopped raisins or walnuts

Directions

1. In a bowl beat together zucchini butter soda eggs and sugar
2. Add and sift together the flour salt and spices add to zucchini mixture
3. Stir in raisins and nuts
4. Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased sheets
5. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes
