Zucchini Cornbread

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 12 c sugar optional
- 3 sticks margarine melted
- 2 12 c self-rising cornmeal
- 12 c flour
- 1 12 c cottage cheese
- 3 c shredded unpeeled zucchini
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch or 10 x 15-inch pan
- Bake at 400 for 30 to 40 minutes
