Zucchini Crab Cakes

Ingredients

• 2 c zucchini peeled grated and squeezed dry
• 2 Tbsp grated onion
• 2 eggs beaten
• 2 c bread crumbs fine
• 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning

Directions

1. Mix and form into cakes
2. Lightly flour and fry until brown Can be served with tartar sauce
