Zucchini Crab Cakes
Ingredients
- 2 c grated zucchini
- 4 slices bread crumbs
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 2 tsp baking powder
- parsley
- salt and pepper

- allthe ingredients and shape into patties Fry in oleo on each side for 2 to 3 minutes each
