Zucchini Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 stick oleo scant
• 3 c diced zucchini peeled
• dash of minced onion
• 1 box Stove Top stuffing chicken
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 small carton sour cream

Directions

1. Fry zucchini and add minced onion in a small amount of fat for a few minutes
2. Melt oleo in a casserole dish
3. Put zucchini on top
4. Mix dressing according to directions on box except omit oleo
5. Put on top of zucchini
6. Add sour cream and chicken soup undiluted
7. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
