Zucchini Drop Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c zucchini
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 c sugar
• 12 c shortening
• 1 egg
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp cloves
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 1 c raisins

Directions

1. Beat well the zucchini pulp soda sugar and shortening
2. Add egg and beat well
3. Sift flour and spices
4. Add dry ingredients with nuts and raisins
5. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet
6. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes
