Drain Place 12 package herb stuffing in bottom of greased 12 x 9-inch baking pan Cover with zucchini and onion mixture Combine grated carrots soup mixes and melted butter
Spread over top Cover with sour cream
Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
