Zucchini Jam

Ingredients
- 6 c shredded zucchini
- 2 c crushed pineapple
- 14 c lemon juice
- 6 c sugar
- 1 box Sure-Jell
- 1 6 oz box orange jello
Directions
- Cook zucchini 10 minutes until clear using some of pineapple juice in the cooking
- Then add 2 cups pineapple lemon juice sugar and box of Sure-Jell
- Bring to rolling boil
- Boil for 5 minutes remove from heat then add orange jello
- Stir well put into jars and seal
