Zucchini Jelly

Ingredients
- 6 c grated zucchini
- 6 c sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 16 oz can pineapple
- 1 box Pen-Jell
- 1 6 oz box Jell-O apricot or strawberry
Directions
- Boil grated zucchini and sugar for 6 minutes add lemon juice pineapple and Pen-Jell
- Boil 6 minutes more
- Put in sterilized jelly jars
- Melt paraffin and pour on top to seal
