Zucchini Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 1 c vegetable oil
• 2 12 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 c grated zucchini
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 3 c all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp baking powder
• 3 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together adding nuts last
2. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
3. Bake at 350 for 1 12 hours
