Zucchini Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 3 c flour
• 3 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 14 tsp baking powder
• 1 c oil
• 2 12 c sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 2 peeled grated zucchini 2 c

Directions

1. Beat eggs add oil sugar zucchini and vanilla Mix well Add remaining ingredients
2. Mix until well blended
3. Bake in greased loaf pans makes 2 1 hour at 325 Nuts optional
