Zucchini Patties

Ingredients

• 2 c grated zucchini
• 1 c Bisquick
• 1 clove garlic
• 13 c grated cheese
• 1 beaten egg
• pepper to taste

Directions

1. Mix together first 4 items add garlic
2. Drop by spoonfuls into skillet with 14 inch hot shortening
3. Fry each side
