Zucchini Pizza Squares

Ingredients

• 3 c thinly sliced unpared zucchini about 4 small
• 1 c Bisquick
• 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
• 12 c finely chopped onions
• 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp oregano
• dash of pepper
• 1 clove garlic finely chopped
• 12 c vegetable oil
• 4 eggs slightly beaten
• 12 c shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Grease rectangular 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan Mix all ingredients together except shredded Mozzarella cheese spread in pan
3. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese
4. Top with your favorite topping like pepperoni or mushrooms
5. Bake until golden brown about 25 minutes
6. Cut into squares
