Zucchini Preserves

Ingredients
- 1 large tender zucchini 6 c
- 6 c sugar
- 6 oz crushed pineapple do not drain
- 1 6 oz apricot or peach jello
Directions
- Peel and seed 1 large tender zucchini
- Cut on cole slaw cutter and measure 6 cups
- Stir all together except jello
- Boil for 6 minutes
- Add jello
- Stir well and pour into jars
