Zucchini Quiche
Ingredients
- 5 eggs beaten
- 12 c grated Italian cheese
- 12 c oil
- 4 c grated zucchini
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 12 c Bisquick
- 1 clove garlic chopped finely
- dash of parsley basil salt and pepper
Directions
- Add all ingredients to beaten eggs
- Bake in greased quiche pan or baking dish at 350 for 45 minutes
- Cool and serve in small squares or serve warm as main dish
