Zucchini Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 3 zucchini sliced
- 1 onion diced
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz Mozzarella cheese
- oregano
- garlic
- parsley
- margarine
Directions
- Saute zucchini in margarine with onion until tender
- Mix egg 12 of cheese and spices in bowl
- Add zucchini and onion to egg mixture
- Spread crescent rolls raw in pie pan to make crust Pour egg and vegetable mixture over crust
- Top with remaining cheese
- Bake at 350 until golden brown approximately 20 minutes
