Zucchini Raisin Bread

Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c vegetable oil not corn oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 c grated zucchini squash
- 2 c raisins
- 4 eggs
- 3 12 c plain flour
Directions
- Beat eggs and sugar
- Add oil and vanilla
- Combine dry ingredients
- Mix all together
- Add squash
- Bake in 3 loaf pans
- Cook 55 minutes at 325
- Freezes well
