Zucchini Souffle
Ingredients
- 3 c zucchini cubed
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 5 eggs
- 1 c Bisquick or pancake mix
- 12 -1 c grated cheese
- 12 c oil
- Garlic powder
Directions
- Beat eggs add Bisquick cheese oil garlic powder salt pepper
- Add zucchini
- Bake 325 for 30-40 mins in greased 8 inch square pan
