Zucchini Souffle
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 4 c grated zucchini
- 1 c chopped onion
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 c oil
- 1 c Bisquick
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex pan
- Grate zucchini and chop onion
- Beat eggs
- Add oil and Bisquick blend thoroughly To this mixture add remaining ingredients
- Mix well
- Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
