Zucchini SouffleDoes Not Puff

Ingredients
- 3 c grated zucchini
- 1 c Bisquick
- 4 eggs beaten or egg substitute
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese fresh
- 1 small onion chopped
- 12 c oil
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
Directions
- Stir together zucchini Bisquick cheese and onion in one bowl
- Beat eggs with oil and salt in separate bowl
- Mix all together with spoon until blended
- Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
