Zucchini Squash Cake

Ingredients

• 1 12 c oil
• 3 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3 c flour
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 12 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp soda
• 3 c grated zucchini

Directions

1. Mix oil sugar and eggs one at a time with a mixer
2. Add flour soda baking powder and cinnamon
3. Add zucchini
4. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan
5. Bake at 375 for 55 to 60 minutes
