Zucchini Stew

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 10-inch zucchini
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- olive oil
- 1 pkg Jimmy Dean sausage thawed
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 2 basil leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Thaw sausage meat the night before
- Brown in frying pan and drain any excess fat
- Set meat aside
- Peel zucchini and slice into 14-inch thick rounds
- Peel and slice onions and garlic
