Zucchini Tomato Bake

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb zucchini
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 tsp parsley
• 2 c tomatoes
• 1 Tbsp margarine
• 1 tsp onion
• 14 tsp oregano

Directions

1. Combine zucchini and seasonings in casserole
2. Cover
3. Place in oven and cook 15 minutes
4. Add tomatoes and continue cooking for 10 minutes
