Zucchini With Dill Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 lb zucchini sliced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp dill finely chopped
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vinegar
Directions
- Sprinkle slices with salt
- Let stand 30 minutes
- Spread slices on paper towels pat dry
- Melt butter in a saucepan add zucchini
- Toss until well coated with butter
- Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until barely tender
- Meantime beat flour into sour cream
- Pour over zucchini
- Stirring gently simmer 2 or 3 minutes until thick and smooth
- Stir in sugar vinegar and dill
