Zucchini With Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 c soft bread crumbs
- 14 c chopped onion
- 14 c chopped celery
- 1 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 12 tsp garlic salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 pt stewed tomatoes
- 4 c thinly sliced zucchini
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 12 tsp oregano
- 12 tsp basil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 16 oz can beef broth
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
- Blend together broth and cornstarch
- Stir into zucchini and tomato mixture
- Pour over meatballs
- Continue baking 10 to 20 minutes longer
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles
